There is a language older than words. A resonance that sings to our cells, whispers to our hearts, and reminds our souls of home.
For me, healing begins not with logic, but with vibration. Sound and colour—two of the most ancient and powerful forms of medicine—hold the codes for returning to balance, peace, and joy. When life feels dissonant, I return to these elemental forces. They tune me like an instrument. They remind me I am more than flesh and thought. I am light. I am frequency. I am art becoming.

Crystal singing bowls, especially those made from pure quartz or infused with minerals like rose quartz, amethyst, or gold, emit harmonic frequencies that seem to bypass the mind entirely. Their tones carry through the body like a soft breeze over still water, stirring emotions, releasing tension, awakening memories.
Each bowl is attuned to a chakra, a colour, a note in the great symphony of the self. C, red, root. G, turquoise, throat. B, violet, crown. I often begin my day by playing a few soft notes, setting the tone for the hours ahead—not with words, but with intention wrapped in sound.
You may enjoy this mini sound healing I created this morning (5 August 2025) – part of a soul reset.
Where crystal bowls are airy and crystalline, Tibetan singing bowls feel earthen and ancestral. The metallic hum carries a kind of grounding wisdom, a connection to those who have sat in stillness for centuries. When the bowl sings, it’s as though time collapses. You are here, now, and also always. You are both matter and mystery.
I like to place a bowl over the heart or solar plexus, letting its vibrations remind me of my center, my power, my peace. It’s less about performance and more about presence.
I also love my tuning forks.
Colour, too, is a vibrational force—light made visible. Each hue offers a gift, a frequency of healing. Red energizes. Blue soothes. Pink comforts. Gold restores. Violet awakens. I often dress- my clothes and my home to suit my mood—not just how I feel, but more often how I want to feel. Today I am wearing my ‘peace jumper,’ in a rainbow of neon colours—pink, green, orange, nestled in moccahino.
When I paint, I don’t just choose colours—I listen to them. I let them choose me. I let them speak through my brush, whispering to the canvas what the soul may not yet be ready to say out loud.
This beauty is currently living in my office. Painted during a July storm, Love in Full Bloom captures the fierce beauty of passion and surrender. The red oozes life force and passion, the white grace and peace, and the pink—where love unites.

I often say my paintings are not just visual—they are vibrational. Collectors have told me they feel a shift just being near the work. That’s not coincidence. That’s intention. That’s energy.
Art can be a frequency anchor. A portal to higher consciousness. A daily reminder that beauty heals, colour uplifts, and what you surround yourself with matters. Just like sound, art can shift your mood, your body chemistry, your inner dialogue.
Each piece I create is infused with energy—sometimes joy, sometimes release, always presence. I believe that high-vibration art carries the imprint of the moment it was birthed. The state of the artist. The intention behind the brushstroke. It’s a silent symphony hanging on your wall, playing for you in colours only your soul fully understands.
We are all artists. All singers. All vibrational beings. Whether you play a bowl, hum a note, sit in front of a painting, or wrap yourself in a silk scarf of luminous colour—you are tuning yourself. Returning to harmony.
You don’t need to be trained to know what feels good. You just need to listen. Let colour call to you. Let sound wrap around you. Let your space be filled with beauty that heals.
The medicine is here. It’s always been here. And it is gentle, joyful, and real.
With love and light vibrations,
Cassandra
