Appointments

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel appointments in order to avoid a cancellation fee. This fee is the cost of one session at the prevailing rate. 

In cases where a personalized program has been designed to meet your needs, either party may cease the coaching relationship if they feel the goals and objectives are not being met. In such cases, the balance of unused sessions, less associated costs will be refunded. In all other cases, including changed circumstances or a change in heart, program costs are not refundable. However, remaining sessions may be deferred for up to 6 months.
