Hi my joys, I hope you enjoy the month of Feb, guided by the six-card Art of Life guidance for the road ahead
There are months that whisper, and there are months that apply a gentle but unmistakable pressure to our backs—hands warm, insistent, loving—saying: Now. This is the moment.
This six-card reading from the Art of Life Inspiration Deck feels like one of those months.
Not frantic.
Not harsh.
But purposeful.
It is the kind of month that asks you to stop circling the same questions and instead step forward with what you already know, what you already love, what is already stirring inside you—waiting to be shaped into something useful, beautiful, and alive.
Let’s walk through the guidance together, not as abstract inspiration, but as a way of living the coming weeks with intention, creativity, and grounded joy.

Reinvent your life. Find and follow your passion.
This card opens the month like a door swinging wide.
Purposeful Passion is not about chasing something new—it’s about returning to what has always animated you, and finally giving it the respect, space, and structure it deserves.
This month asks:
Practical step:
Write down the three activities that make you lose track of time. Then choose one and commit to giving it a protected weekly slot this month—non-negotiable, like an appointment with your future self.
Purposeful passion thrives on commitment, not waiting for permission.

Pushed for time? Set the timer and do a purposeful productivity sprint.
This is the card that reframes pressure as an ally.
Positive Pressure says: you don’t need endless time—you need focused devotion.
Rather than letting tasks expand to fill your days, this month favors short, intentional bursts of effort that move the needle in real ways.
Practical step:
Choose one meaningful project each week and:
Then stop.
Rest is part of the magic.
This rhythm builds trust with yourself. You begin to see that you can create momentum without burning out.
Love is stronger than fear. Go spread some love.
Mid-month, the energy softens.
Return to Love reminds you that fear often disguises itself as busyness, perfectionism, or withdrawal. Love, by contrast, moves outward. It connects. It risks warmth.
This card asks you to let love lead again—in your work, your relationships, and your inner dialogue.
Practical step:
Each week, consciously choose one act of love:
Love is not passive. It is a practice.

Uplifting others boosts your happiness too.
This card shifts the focus from self-improvement to shared joy.
You are reminded that your creativity, kindness, and presence are not meant to be hoarded or perfected in isolation. They are meant to circulate.
When you lift others, something in you lifts as well—quietly, sustainably.
Practical step:
Ask yourself at the start of each week:
“How can I make someone else’s day lighter?”
It might be through your art, your words, your listening, or simply your presence. Let generosity be simple and unperformative.

Transform passionate anger into something purposeful and beautiful.
This is the alchemical heart of the reading.
There is an intensity here—old frustration, righteous anger, or grief that has not fully found its form. This card doesn’t ask you to suppress it. It asks you to transmute it.
Flowers do not bloom because conditions are perfect. They bloom because the pressure beneath the soil becomes unbearable.
Practical step:
Channel emotional intensity directly into creation:
This is how anger becomes art. This is how pain becomes purpose.

Gratitude for what you have makes you the richest person on the planet.
The month closes with grounding.
Give Thanks is not about bypassing difficulty—it’s about anchoring yourself in what is already sustaining you.
Gratitude turns attention into nourishment. It reminds you that abundance is not always loud—but it is steady.
Practical step:
End each day by naming:
Let gratitude be an exhale, not a demand.
Today for example, I am beyond grateful to be writing this blog post and editing my books overlooking the sea in Boco Chica, Panama! I’m also super grateful for the early reviews on my love story inspired by my travels in Panama.
★★★★★ THE COLOR OF LOVE by Mollie Mathews takes you on a sensual journey with beautiful and vibrant descriptions throughout.
Mary-Anne and Rafael go from merely tolerating each other, once their initial attraction faces reality, to much more. But the path to get there meanders through the rainforest, the forest, and the coffee plantation with vivid depictions. For two people who were brought up without love, they learn to listen and also open their hearts, but will it be enough?
I enjoyed how characters from other stories written by Ms. Mathews make cameo appearances and enhance the story. The story has a good flow, and the characters have layers which are slowly pulled back as we learn about their lives and fears.
There is negative energy provided by some but Mary-Anne shows the steps she takes to center herself and get the positive results she wants. I liked how her grandmother, who has passed, is portrayed and how her dreams are realized with the stipulations placed in her will. There is a happily ever after, and the epilogue left me satisfied. Mollie Mathews has fast become a favorite author. No matter where her books are set, I’m transported there.”
This month is not asking you to do more.
It is asking you to do what matters—on purpose.
To work with focus.
To love with courage.
To transform pressure into beauty.
To let gratitude close each day like a blessing.
You are not behind.
You are not late.
You are right on the edge of your next flowering.
And this month?
It’s designed to help you step into it.
