Each painting is lovingly and carefully packed for its journey to you, though The Joyful Artist cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
Cancellations
Please be aware that once you confirmed that you would like to purchase an artwork or have clicked to buy the product you are committed to the sale and a refund on the purchase will not be available.
Privacy
We will not pass on or store your financial details. Payment is by secure stripe online payments. We do not capture or hold your credit card details at any point.
Refunds / Returns
Each artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation, and all sales are final. Artworks cannot be returned or refunded, so please take your time to ensure the piece feels just right for you before purchasing. I’m always happy to answer questions or provide additional photos to help you decide.
